Sunday is all about Mom, and the best way to start her day is to surprise her with a delicious breakfast in bed. And no, I'm not talking about toast with peanut butter, and a bowl of corn pops. I'm talking about something delicious. Something that takes a little more effort than pour and serve.

We don't, however want to re-invent the wheel, so why not go with a classic that shows effort, while still being relatively easy? Enter Eggs Benedict. A classic dish, Eggs Benny is the perfect meal, combining all of your favourite flavours into one dish. Whether you're making it for mom (have dad help you out need be) or your wife, you're sure to start her mother's day off right. And while you're at it, why not have one for yourself!

American Reunion opened in theatres last weekend, and I finally had a chance to check it out yesterday. Before I get to my thoughts on the film, I should mention that I was in the target demographic when American Pie came out (horny teenager) and grew up with Jim, Stiffler and the gang. So when I heard they were bringing back the original cast, I was excited. I had high hopes.

Perhaps a little too high.

Now, don't get me wrong, I didn't hate the movie, I didn't even dislike it. But I think it was a far cry from what I was expecting. On paper, the movie seemed like a good idea. You take a group of characters that a generation of people grew up with (American Pie grossed almost a quarter of a billion dollars) and put them in a "where are they now?" scenario. Should be easy ...
