Terry Fox Movie in Park Night

Residents are invited to the Memorial Park Bandshell to watch the movie Terry, featuring Shawn Ashmore.

Summerland organizer Keith Johnson says the film will begin this evening at 7pm.

"We will be having chips and pop and hot chocolate available if people would like to make a donation to the foundation, that would be great"

People are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and food to the event.

Terry Fox t-shirts will also be available for sale at the movie for those interested in purchasing one.

2012 marks the 32nd annual Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research.

Runs will take place in all over BC on September 16th including Penticton, Summerland, Osoyoos, Oliver, Kelowna and Vernon.
