Appraisals Raise Funds for Children's Charity

If you are looking for a way to support the South Okanagan Children's Charity, why not get your old valuables appraised.

All weekend accredited appraiser Peter Blundell will be at the Cherry Lane Shopping Centre for Heirloom Discovery Appraisal Days.

"We've done this now, I think this is our fourth or fifth year that we've held this. It's been a quite a nice little fundraiser for the Children's Charity"

Blundell says people can bring down all sorts of antiques to the event, but they will not be appraising coins, jewellery, stamps, wristwatches or guns.

Partial proceeds from the appraisals go to the South Okanagan Children's Charity.
