| HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRIZE? | ||
| Prizes can be picked up at our reception desk anytime Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm. | ||
| WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? | ||
| You will be asked for Photo ID, so please bring in your Drivers Licence and you will also need to sign a release form. | ||
| WHEN CAN I WIN AGAIN? | ||
| We know that some of you out there are very, very lucky BUT, we do enforce a 60 day rule. Special rules and limitations may apply to some contests, please contact the station for more information or reference the rules on the contest page. | ||
| HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICKUP MY PRIZE? | ||
| We hold onto to prizes for 30 days.. | ||
| CAN MY FRIEND PICK UP MY PRIZE? | ||
| Although we prefer for YOU to claim your prize, we understand that sometimes situations arise that doesn't allow for that. If you let us know at the time of winning and let us know the name of the person that is coming in, we will make arrangements to accomodate you. This person must provide your and their ID. | ||
| CAN YOU MAIL MY PRIZE TO ME? | ||
| Unfortunately we cannot mail prizes as we need a release form signed at the time of pick up. | ||
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUE PRIZING TO AN ITEM OF VALUE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN ORIGNAL PRIZING AT OUR DISCRETION!
