Saturday morning I headed to The Kettle Valley Steam Railway in Summerland to ride the 1912 Locomotive on the only preserved section of the KVR. They put me in a really good seat on an open air car. I enjoyed old school country tunes with a guy playing a banjo and saw some great sights; from mountains to other people&#39;s backyards to the Trout Creek Bridge with the canyon below and an incredible view of Okanagan Lake. After this, I headed to Rotary Beach where I gave out tons of frisbee&#39;s, beach bags, speedway tickets, and yoyo&#39;s! Later that day, I headed to Oliver for the SOLD OUT Wide Mouth Mason show at Tinhorn Creek. It was definitely one of the best shows I have ever been to and Tinhorn Creek was an amazing place to have the show; with great wine, great music and great views, what more does one need?!&nbsp; Then Sunday morning, I was cruising along Skaha Beach giving out the same great stuff I gave out the day before: frisbee&#39;s, beach bags, speedway tickets, and yoyo&#39;s. And then directly after that I headed to Tickleberrys in OK Falls for the mouth numbing, brain freezing, and hilarious ice cream eating contest. Elizabeth - who&#39;s now a reporter in New York City - isn&#39;t talking to her. He is in great shape. I got to the gym and eat pretty clean during the week BUT come the weekend watch out people...lol...Sometimes I go way out of hand I have never met a bottle of wine and a bag of cheetos I couldn&#39;t be best friends with ;). So while he was in town I convinced him to give me a new workout program. I get up this morning to bring him with the gym with me thinking we are going to learn some new stuff. NOPE. My brother recommended the Jane Fonda BUTT and THIGH workout for me..No joke..He said to do these 4 exercises in 30 reps/twice. I am going to literally do these 4 times a week for the next month. If this works...I am going old school Jane Fonda style with leg warmers at the gym with a spandex jumpsuit &amp; Panties on top.
